LogiMate is System Logistics’ flagship solution for automated storage, picking, and order fulfillment, designed to support a wide range of warehouse operations, from advanced case-picking applications to ergonomic goods-to-person (GTP) picking processes. Its modular and scalable architecture allows customers to adopt the level of automation that best suits their operational requirements while maintaining maximum flexibility for future growth.

At the core of the solution is the MOPS (Modular Order Picking System), a fully automated mixed-pallet building system specifically developed for medium and high-volume distribution centers in the Food, Beverage, and Grocery sectors. MOPS manages a broad range of FMCG products and is capable of handling more than 95% of the product categories typically found in large-scale retail distribution.

The solution is powered by the proprietary Best-Fit algorithm, which determines the optimal physical pallet composition and palletization sequence for every customer order. By simultaneously evaluating multiple parameters such as product dimensions, weight, stackability constraints, and customer-specific pallet-building rules, Best-Fit generates stable, efficient, and retail-ready mixed pallets. This ensures not only transport stability but also improved downstream handling and in-store replenishment efficiency.

From a technology perspective, LogiMate combines high-density storage, integrated sequencing capabilities, and advanced material handling technologies into a single platform. Its patented handling mechanism allows goods to be stored and moved without the need for supporting trays or additional media, improving storage density and operational efficiency while enabling the management of a wide variety of package types, including unstable and deformable loads.
