The Food Industry and Logistics Fair opens Tampere’s autumn trade show season

Tampere Trade Fairs’ autumn season kicks off on 11–12 September 2024 with a comprehensive event aimed at professionals. The Food Industry and Logistics Fair will dive into the latest innovations and hottest topics in the sectors, while offering plenty of networking opportunities.

The Food Industry Fair brings together companies and organizations from the food industry at Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre to explore the most current trends, technological innovations, and the latest knowledge in food production. This year’s theme is responsibility in the food sector, which will be reflected throughout the event program.

The main partner of the fair is Valio, Finland’s leading dairy and food company, returning for the second consecutive year. Valio will share insights into its Food 2.0 project, which envisions the future food system. The fair will also host the Finnish Bakery Team Championship on Wednesday, 11 September 2024.

Logistics Fair – A Key Forum for Industry Growth

Running alongside the Food Industry Fair is Finland’s most significant logistics event, the Logistics Fair. Visitors will discover a wide range of solutions for internal logistics and logistics and warehousing services—from planning to processes, systems, and machinery.

The main partner of the Logistics Fair is Konecranes, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of material handling solutions, serving a broad customer base across multiple industries. The event will address the role of logistics in the production chain from the perspectives of technological innovation, sustainability, and productivity through various presentations and panel discussions.
