The automatic pallet inspection system WOODPECKER ensures that only pallets compliant with customer requirements are used in the production process, increasing both efficiency and process safety and preventing possible damage to the final product. It is a system that can dynamically handle multiple types of pallets without the need for customization.

Great repeatability and precision of controls: it controls the pallet dimensions, the forking space, the boards integrity and flexion, the blocks and the weigth, as well as the hanging board. It checks the overall pallet condition thanks to the perfect mix of mechanical control (for the resistance) and and controls through the vision system (for any pallet shape flaws)
