EuroSafety, Logistics Fair Finland and Food Industry brought together more than 11,000 attendees at Tampere Sports & Expo on 8–10 September 2026. A record number of exhibitors and a stronger international presence made the event a major meeting point for professionals in occupational safety, workplace wellbeing, logistics and the food industry. The focus was firmly on the future: new partnerships, technologies, safety innovations, export opportunities and logistics solutions.
Encounters that drive business
Over the three days, the importance of meeting face to face was clear. Exhibitors reported meeting many purchasing decision-makers and actively exploring new opportunities for collaboration.
Jukka Heinonen, Managing Director of Toyota Material Handling Oy, the main partner of Logistics Fair Finland, also saw signs of improving economic conditions.
– Overall, we were very pleased with the number of visitors to our stand. The proportion of decision-makers was also high. This reflected the more positive economic climate and strengthened our commercial expectations for this autumn. The full business impact will become clear towards the end of the year, but our expectations are positive at this stage, Heinonen says.
According to Heinonen, the company also made contact with completely new customers. Discussions with them will continue after the event.
Tuomas Syyrakki, Business Area Manager at Würth Oy, was also very pleased with the event.
– We at Würth are extremely satisfied with the event. Visitor numbers were strong and more evenly distributed across the event days than before. We met a large number of professionals. Many of the conversations were about solving occupational safety challenges and building a better future. EuroSafety offers practical solutions for everyday occupational safety and personal protective equipment needs, Syyrakki says.
The next EuroSafety, Logistics Fair Finland and Food Industry events will take place on 19–21 September 2028. Bookings for exhibitor stands are already well underway.
