Below you will find important information related to your appearance at the event. Please review these details in advance and share them with all performers and/or other people involved in the program. You can check the program stage schedule on the Logistics Fair website.

Entry to the fair

Performers, seminar speakers and organizers can enter the fair free of charge with a performer pass. Exhibitors do not need a separate performer pass; the exhibitor badge is sufficient. Performer passes/bages can be printed HERE. After the registration you will get a QR code. With the QR code you can print out your performer pass/badge from the main lobby registration point.

Cloakroom services and parking are free of charge for performers. Parking spaces at Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre are limited, so we recommend using public transport.

Note: If you arrive by car, please provide your vehicle’s license plate number to the Producer by Tuesday 1 September 2026 so it can be added to the Moovy parking system for the duration of the fair. This prevents parking penalty fees. If you do not provide the license plate in advance, please visit the main lobby info desk immediately upon arrival. This does not guarantee a reserved parking space — public transport is recommended.

The Logistics Fair is located in Hall C, and the Program Stage is also in Hall C.

Presentation & technical material information

Please submit your presentation materials and any other required files or information by Tuesday 1 September 2026 via THIS LINK: LOGISTICS PRESENTATIONS.

• Please name your presentation material in format "DATE_TIME_HEADLINE"
• Each speaking slot is scheduled for 20 minutes. The actual presentation should be approximately 15 minutes, as the total time includes the host’s introduction and the speaker’s arrival and exit from the stage. Program stages run continuously, so we kindly ask you to keep to the agreed schedule.
• If your presentation includes video or audio, please inform us separately. Video files must be sent as separate files to ensure smooth playback.
• Recommended presentation format: 16:9 aspect ratio, 1920x1080 resolution, font size 20+ to ensure readability from the back rows.
• All common formats are supported (PowerPoint, Keynote, PDF, etc.). For video, Full HD 16:9 is preferred, ideally .mp4 H.264.
• Please ensure that all materials can be displayed without an internet connection, so the presentation runs smoothly even if the network becomes congested.

Stage setup & technical equipment

• The stage includes a screen for presentations.
• Sound system and necessary microphones (a headset microphone is recommended).
• Speaker support monitor (showing notes), and a clicker.
• A technician and program stage assistant will help with technical matters. The stage host will handle speaker introductions.
• Please arrive near the stage at least 10 minutes before your speaking time for microphone setup.

• Please remember to promote your presentation on your own website and social media channels.
• Tampereen Messut Oy covers Teosto fees for music played on the program stages.
